How to Create a Campaign
Once you have logged in to your account, the first thing you will want to do is create a campaign. A campaign in a UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) is a way of identifying a specific marketing or advertising initiative that directs traffic to your website. Examples include: promo offers, product launch, blog highlights, reddit comments, video promos, influencers, etc. To create a new campaign, click on the "New Campaign" button. Give your campaign a name and enter any other relevant information such as the campaign start and end dates.
Adding Links
After you have created your campaign, the next step is to add links to it. To do this, click on the "Create Link" button. You can add as many links as you like, and you can also add tags to help you organize your links. The tags you will select from include campaign, source, medium, term (optional) and content (optional). Once you're finished with creating the link, copy the short link and start sharing!
Monitoring Links
Once you have added your links to your campaign, you can monitor their performance. CampaignTracker.io provides you with real-time data on clicks, conversions, and other important metrics.
